For PC: Able to do this probably any time.

For PS2: I'm not back for a month. Yall can play unofficial scrims (we're on chat, ring us up if you got people on) till I get back but I'm not allowing this "Official Battle" to happen until I get back (depends on circumstances). Hope that we'll still be able to do this when I get back
