Training, Tactics, and what not...
I just want to let you guys know that when I start playing again it shouldn't take me long to knock the rust off. Im not quite sure how you guys deal with training, tactics, and stuff, but I can help out training people with just about any class. And as far as tactics/map tactics go I can also help with that if needed. We need a solid group of at least 5 or 6 players who can be interchangable and not miss a beat in a battle if we have to move people around. These are just some ideas for the higher ups lol. Im looking forward to having a great season, so lets make this clan great guys we have the potential!

Very Good, And I've been practicing some a few other members. You can count on me for Sniper
All we need to do is make sure we have an awesome Engy, grunt and rocket to make the Team Solid at the very least.

Welcome the Battlefront 2 strategy guide. Located here are strategies for all maps you will play in the BFC and in any scrimmages or battles against other clans. It is your responsibility to read through, memorize what you can, and have this available as reference at any time. You will be expected to implement these strategies, so be ready to use them.
These are standard strategies; note that we may change them before a battle depending on what the experienced leaders think is best for that specific battle.
Now that introductions are finished, it’s off to the drawing board!
General Gameplay Tips.
These are some basic gameplay tactics and important points.
1. Charge the bases you take (stay in the base for up to 10 seconds after you capture it). This prevents the other team from easily whiting out the bases we have. (If a base starts out neutral, it doesn't need to be charged the very first time someone captures it.)
2. Be in constant communication and listen to instructions. This is very important. You need to constantly be communicating on the following: friendly and enemy player locations, base information (which base is being captured, which one is charged, etc.), death locations and who killed you. This is a team game and thus communication is essential.
3. The above rule covers this, but I’ll get a bit more in depth. During the game, plans and strategies need to be made. If we have the other team closed into a base, we need coordination to effectively finish them off. In order to make a solid plan, the leader needs to know where everyone is so he can quickly assign doors, hallways, paths, etc. So be in constant contact on the mic.
4. Be a respectful player. If you taunt your opponents or trash-talk them before/during/after the game, we will think twice before putting you in the next match. We only want members who will represent the clan well. Be an example.
That basically covers it. If there’s anything else that needs to be gone over, it can easily be solved by knowing where your members are, and listening carefully on the mic.
Map 1: Coruscant–EMPIRE
Grunt- Run to base 2 and jump down to take it. After taking base 2 proceed by running to base 6.
Rocket- Run down the stairs and go through the middle to get to base 5. After capturing base 5 proceed to take base 6 where the grunt will either be on the way or already there. Once you get there, if the base is white, the grunt should leave.
Sniper- Run around the top of base 2 and straight into base 1, then proceed where needed.
Engineer- Run from base 3 to base 4. Once base 4 is taken go to 5 and make sure the base is well under control, then proceed to base 1 if the sniper did not succeed.
Map 1: Coruscant–Rebel
Grunt- Run to base 2, then proceed to base 3 if it' not already under control.
Rocket- Run to base 5. After base 5 is taken (and mind), run to base 4 unless someone is taking 6, in which case you must stop them from taking 6. Then make sure 5 is under control and proceed to 4.
Sniper- Run to base 2. Go up the stairs on the right as soon as you walk through the doors and run to base 3.
Engineer- Run to base 1. After its taken, run up the left side towards 2 and straight to base 3 (not displayed on map, optional). Then provide support where needed.
Map 2: Dagobah–Empire
Grunt- Run directly to 3 and attempt to take it using water grenades to defeat your enemies. After it's taken, pair up with the rocket for the rest of he map.
Rocket- Run from 5 to 6 and mine the area. After it's taken, pair up with the grunt for the rest of the map.
Sniper- Run along with the rocket to base 3. After it's taken, pair up with the engineer for the map. Engineer- Capture base 4. Then help the grunt secure base 3. Then pair up with the sniper.
Map 2: Dagobah–Rebels
Grunt- Run to base 3, then to base 4.
Rocket- Run to base 6, then proceed to base 4 unless the grunt needs backup.
Sniper- Run to base 5, then base hop for the rest of the map.
Engineer- Run to base 2, then directly to 6.
Map 3: Felucia–Empire
Grunt- Spawn in at 2 with the engineer and prevent enemy from capturing 1 and 2.
Rocket- Spawn in at 6 and attempt to capture base 5. After capturing it, head to 4.
Engineer- Spawn in at 2 with the grunt and defend.
Sniper- Spawn in at 6 with the rocket and try to capture base 5. Then head back to 6 to ensure no-one sneaks by.
If command post 5 is taken without the loss of any of our starting bases, we can close in on them from all directions at 3 and 4.
Map 3: Felucia–Rebels
Grunt- Spawn in at base 3 and defend bases 3 and 4 from being captured by the enemy.
Rocket- Spawn in at base 5 (mine it) and then proceed to assault base 6.
Engineer- Spawn in with the grunt at base 3 and defend bases 3 and 4 from being captured by the enemy.
Sniper- Spawn in at base 5 and assault base 6 with the rocket. After taking base 6, guard the middle/rear area to ensure that no-one sneaks back to one of our bases.
The goal is the same as empire. If 6 is captured without the loss of a base, then we can close in on 2 and trap them at 1.
Map 4: Kashyyyk–Empire
Grunt- Run from base 2 and assault base 3 while using water grenades to kill anyone running back to 1.
Rocket- Spawn at base 2 and defend it from above on the pier and from below near the ammo droids.
Sniper- Spawn in at 2 and assault base 3 while sniping enemy players running to base 1.
Engineer- Spawn at base 2 and attack base 3.
Map 4: Kashyyyk–Rebels
Grunt- Spawn in at base 3 and run to base 2 using water grenades whenever possible.
Sniper- Spawn at base 3 and sneak back to base 1, sniping anyone in sight on the way.
Engineer- Spawn in at base 3 and assist the grunt with the assault on base 2.
Rocket- Spawn in at base 4 and mine the entrance ways. Then move closer to base 2 to provide suppressing fire upon defenders.
Map 5: Mustafar–Empire
Grunt- Spawn at base 4 and run to base 5 (if you can just run by the enemy and make them chase you into base 5, that’d be great).
Rocket- Spawn at base 4 and run to base 2.
Sniper- Spawn at base 4 and run to base 1 on the left side (stay on the outside until you get to 1).
Engineer- Spawn at base 4 and move to base 2.
Map 5: Mustafar–Rebels
Grunt- Spawn at base 2 and run to base 4 through the middle.
Rocket- Spawn at base 2 and run to base 4 through the middle.
Sniper- Spawn at base 2 and run to base 3 through the right side.
Engineer- Spawn at base 5 and destroy the bridge, then run to base 4 through the outside on the right, or kill the runner if one got through.
Map 6: Mygeeto–Empire
Grunt- Spawn at base 4 and assault base 2. Then, if it's under control, attack base 1.
Rocket- Spawn at base 4 (mine it) and then rush to base 2 to help with the assault. Then move back to help the engineer at base 3.
Sniper- Spawn at base 4 and rush base 2. After it's under control, go back to choke the enemy at 3.
Engineer- Spawn at base 4 and assault base 3. Try to keep it under control for as long as possible.
Map 6: Mygeeto–Rebels
Grunt- Spawn in at base 2 and attack base 4, then proceed to base 5.
Rocket- Spawn at base 2 and attack base 4, then follow the Sniper to choke off enemies at base 3.
Sniper- Spawn in at base 2 and attack base 4 with the Rocket, then proceed to base 3.
Engineer- Spawn in at base 2, attack base 3, and try to hold on to it for as long as possible.
Map 7: Naboo–Empire
Grunt- Spawn at base 1 and run to base 2.
Rocket- Spawn at base 5, mine it, and cause mayhem at 4.
Sniper- Spawn at base 6 and cover the area between base 6 and base 4 before helping in the attack on base 4, then run to base 2 to help the grunt if he didn't successfully capture it.
Engineer- Spawn at base 5 and attack base 4.
Map 7: Naboo–Rebels
Grunt- Spawn at base 4 and run to base 1, then proceed to base 6 or wherever needed.
Rocket- Spawn at base 4, mine it, and defend the area.
Sniper- Spawn at base 2 and run to base 1 killing any runners on the way. Then proceed to base 6.
Engineer- Spawn at base 4 and block any entry towards base 4. May capture base 5 but the main priority is to prevent the capture of base 4.
Map 8: Polis Massa–Empire
Grunt- Spawn in at base 3 and spam grenades at the left door from the droid near the right door.
Sniper- Spawn at base 3 and rush to the right door using the ammo droid for infinite grenades.
Engineer- Spawn at base 3 and run to the base. Stay behind in between the other players providing health packs, repairing droids, and providing the occasional detpack for anyone who gets in.
Rocket- Spawn at base 3 and rush to mine the small stairway on each door. Then go to the right door to spam grenades. Make sure to use mines frequently, putting them down so that a door moves directly on top of it when it closes.
You must coordinate the attacks to get into the enemy's territory and turn the bases around.
Map 8: Polis Massa–Rebels
Grunt- Run on the right side and spam grenades to hold off the enemy and buy time for any advances to happen on the other side.
Rocket- Mine both doors and stay back to kill any runners who get through.
Sniper- Run down the left hallway with the intent to run by to either base 1 or base 2.
Engineer- Run down the left hallway and use detpacks and healthpacks to help break through the defenses
Whatever happens don't let any runners by and get our starting bases. Rebels have the advantage, win by reinforcements if you have to.
Map 9: Tantive IV–Empire
Grunt- Pair with the Rocket for this map. Coordinate with the engineer and sniper on mic.
Rocket- Mine 0 and kill the runner if there is one.
Sniper- Pair with the Engineer for this map. Depending on the side you spawn on, you will go to either base 2 or base 3.
Engineer- Pair up with the Sniper and go to either base 2 or base 3, depending on which side you spawn in.
The goal is to corner the opposing team in one base and have every single doorway covered to let no escape.
Map 9: Tantive IV–Rebels
Sniper- Run to base 3 while spamming grenades down the hallway.
Engineer- Run to base 3 and hold control of it for as long as possible.

Re: Training, Tactics, and what not...
Aight cool, And Vortex is a good solid engy. You are the sniper. I can play a great grunt, but i know we dont have a rocket at the moment correct me if im wrong...although vortex yo mentioned kintaro joining right? If he joins we have a solid 4 to compete right there. Vortex engy, star sniper, me grunt, and kintaro rocket. But until then I can try and play rocket, or we could use toa as rocket...i think his rocket was pretty decent. Idk let me know what yal are thinking...

Re: Training, Tactics, and what not...
Shooter beat me at engineer, he'll be joining us soon most likely. Also, don't forget we also have Chromarc for rocket/grunt. Shadow will most likely only play grunt unless his rocket is also good, that's why I want 1v1s to happen people!!!

Re: Training, Tactics, and what not...
Thats a good asset, but I personally don't think 1v1s mean much really...It can give you a idea on skill level... But its more about situational play which you cant really determine with just a 1v1. I suggest just throwing people in scrims and see how they fit, once they are trained and what not. Just a idea...

Re: Training, Tactics, and what not...
Well it all sounds great, but people aren't active enough to even do scrims as of yet...
